THE GLOBAL RESEARCH NURSES' NETWORK COLLABORATED WITH JUTA (A SOUTH AFRICAN PUBLISHER) TO CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL NURSES' DAY ON 12TH MAY 2016.

The Global Research Nurses' Network, invited members to participate in an Essay writing competition on the theme 'I AM A NURSE, THIS IS HOW OPPORTUNITIES TO RESEARCH WILL HELP MAKE ME RESILIENT?'.

We received 15 entries in total; the winning global entry came from Ann Wanyaga Mwaniki, from the Government of Kenya, Machakos County. Ann MwanikiAnn Mwaniki

The photo above depicts Ann with her prize "Fundamentals of Research Methodology for Healthcare Professionals" by Brink et al, which was kindly sponsored by Juta. 

The competition also created the opportunity for nurses from India to enter a regional level competition and also win the same book prize. The regional winners from India are listed below.
