Overview of Clinical Trials - A Systematic Approach to the successful Coordination and Project Management of a Clinical Trial

This one-day free virtual workshop was organised by the African Nurses and Midwives Network (ANMN) in partnership with The Global Health Network and Global Research Nurses, BWCTS and the TASK Academy. This virtual workshop aims to guide the participant through all the associated steps for delivering clinical trials; from the development of the study drug, the regulatory requirements, planning, training, conduct and closing as well as the key roles held by study staff in each stage of this process. Images of an experienced research site will be shared with appropriate organograms, as well as a discussion regarding the role of the research nurse. Watch the replay below.
