The Global Research Nurses (GRN) and The Global Health Network (TGHN), with generous support from the Burdett Trust for Nursing, are excited to announce an exclusive one-day hands-on workshop designed specifically for nurses and midwives in Uganda. Titled “Turning Research into Publications: Hands-On Manuscript Writing Workshop,” this event aims to empower participants with the essential skills needed to convert research findings into publishable scientific manuscripts.

Nurses and midwives play a vital role in identifying healthcare challenges, generating evidence, and shaping patient-centered solutions. However, many lack structured training in scientific writing, a crucial step in sharing research insights with the wider scientific community. This workshop seeks to bridge that gap by offering practical, immersive training led by experienced facilitators.
