According to me,Clinical Research nurses are specialized nurses tends to combine the role of a nurse and a researcher in order to provide better outcomes in health care scenario through better evidence based practice and knowledge based practice.In country like india,Apart from nurses,there are principal investigators,coordinators,clinical trial managers,team lead,statistician ,ethics coordinators,are the key personnel's involved in the trial management in our country.
