Maureen Shawn Kennedy, MA, RN, Editor-in-chief, American Journal of Nursing is working with the ICN to write an article to highlight difficult work environments that nurses are faced with across the globe.
She would be grateful to receive photographs from the global nursing community, showing the environments of care where nurses work.
If you can help, please reply to Shawn, at the address below.
"Hello all,In conjunction with an article by ICN, AJN is highlighting the work environments of international colleagues – from austere to harsh – in a focus on global health and nurses’ sometimes/often difficult work settings. I’d like to have a compelling image for AJN’s cover.
If anyone has photos or sources for photos of nurses working in difficult settings, I’d welcome them. Please e-mail me shawn.kennedy@wolterskluwer.com.
Thanks for any assistance,
Shawn Kennedy"
