Hi everyone! I just though of posting this stream as it is interesting to find out the differences of the different practices that we do in different settings and context. This question has been triggered by a speech I heard from one of the international research nursing day resource about the difference in prespective about research nurses across the globe. So please share your role as a research nurse by describing your practice in your own context.

    Nice to hear ur intro hilarious de jesus,well,I'm a research nurse from india,i look after all clinical studies of Critical care and anesthesia,My roles is not limited to medical writing for observational studies in ICU,taking clinical rounds at ICU from where patient management practices can be improved.with the same aim I've intitated a study of pressure ulcers in association with EPUAP.to see the prevalence and risk factors.

    Training and education to the budding nurses is another role,whereas I enjoy writing SOP for quality management in research.

    this is all about me.
