About: Dr Kassaye Demeke Altaye is a consultant Emergency and critical care Medicine specialist and Assistant professor at university of Gondar with extensive experience working in resource limited emergency and critical care settings in both patients care and clinical research. He received his Doctor of medicine degree from University of Gondar in July 2016. After serving for 9 months as General practitioners and lecturer at the department of internal medicine, School of medicine ,University of Gondar, He pursued his study in the residency of emergency and critical care medicine at st paul hospital millennium medical college and graduated with a speciality certificate in Emergency and critical care medicine in August 2020. He has served then at the millennium covid center. He is also an AHA certified ACLS provider and WHO trained EMT provider. He is also an American college of surgeon certified ATLS_Instructor of region-XVII. Basic emergency care provider certified by @AFEM #WHO-ICRC. He currently works as Emergency and critical care service director at UoGCSH,UoG with inclination towards critical care and Disaster medicine. He had also received the Higher Diploma Program in Teaching method from University of Gondar.
