Emerging from the urgent task of crisis management, experts are asking what steps can be taken to rebuild badly shaken health infrastructures. In the words of Liberian president Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, the tasks are now to “stamp out the last embers of this epidemic, transition toward restoration of health services and rebuild our health system in a resilient manner.”
