Transferring Research into Practice, especiality at clinical area of students training is an important issue.
(Psychological symptoms: predictors for seeking professional help among AlBalqa university students): is the title of my new research, I communicate the idea with my students and others from different universities in Jordan.
I conducted a meeting in the training area at Prince Faisal hospital including the following events:
Firstly: I discussed the proposal of the research and its significance by powerpoint .
Secondly: I introduced the issue of psychological counselling among unversity student by transfaring the items of the questionnaire to play on a theatre through role play conducted by them.
Thirdly: Empirical view was repoted by (Dr Kmal AlFroch). A psychologist from the training area who invited to participate with us through an extensive discussion about the issue from his experience .
it was interesting day at practice area
This event was conducted as a pilot study for my project. I collectected data from 50 students for the validity of relialibility of the scale.
This event also repeated at the academic area on the theatre of my college, another Academic staff from different specialties and universities were invited>>>>
A case study was invited by the psychologist to talk about her self? what she felt? what is the community view about the psychological counselling?
Data collection were started from my college event.
By this way I achieved special goals:
I introduced the idea of research to the student.......What is the meaning of research??
How the researcher think,,,,,,,how the items of the questionnaire is formed and developed??
What is the empirical part of it???

It is evident that Psychosocial symptoms play a very important role in professional development. If my understanding is correct, you aptly developed a wonderful strategy first with a role play and then a psychologist experience to understand the ground reality and thereby frame a pilot study,in nutshell you have done a great attempt.Best Wishes with all your future research and share your wonderful successful stories with nurses across the globe through GRN.
Best Wishes,
